Clinical Coordinator (Healthcare)

Location: Murray, UT, USA; on-campus position

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule clinical rotations.
• Maintain academic tracking sheets, files, and program-specific forms.
• Audit faculty and student records and notify relevant individuals about missing or outdated documentation.
• Coordinate science materials, media, and inventory.
• Scan academic documents and operate office equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, and copiers.
• Balance the needs of diverse students and faculty while shifting between multiple tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and learn Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology or experience working in healthcare.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods and perform lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and reaching tasks.
