Salary: $150,000β$200,000 per year

builds an AI-powered healthcare platform for medical practices, handling patient calls, scheduling, referrals, insurance checks, prescription refills, follow-ups, and billing workflows.
What you will do
- Join customer calls four or five times per week and translate practice needs into product decisions and working prototypes.
- Configure and own customer deployments end to end, including scheduling workflows, agent behavior, EHR integrations, testing, and performance iteration.
- Translate practice-specific scheduling rules and operational procedures into executable AI agent workflows.
- Build rapid prototypes for customer problems and develop successful concepts into production features.
- Share customer insights with the engineering team and influence prioritization and the product roadmap.
- Support enterprise pre-sales through custom demos and help onboard newer field development engineers.
Requirements
- 2β5 years of engineering experience.
- Ability to work across frontend, backend, and integrations without needing to specialize in one area.
- Experience shipping real products, speaking with users, and making independent technical and product decisions.
- Ability to own projects without assigned tickets or a detailed roadmap.
- Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco and attend customer calls regularly.
- Existing legal authorization to work in the United States is required by the application process.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python.
- Experience building AI agent prototypes or healthcare workflow automation.
