Admissions Representative (Healthcare Education)

Location: Campus-based in Sacramento, California, USA

Salary: USD 25–32 per hour

What you will do

• Recruit qualified candidates for academic programs through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, dialing campaigns, and follow-up activities.
• Explain program offerings, entrance requirements, curricula, and academic standards to prospective students.
• Schedule and conduct student interviews using approved materials and company procedures.
• Match suitable programs to students’ goals, qualifications, interests, and objectives.
• Guide students through applications, enrollment forms, documentation, and financial aid packaging coordination.
• Maintain accurate inquiry records, activity reports, pre-start paperwork, and system information.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to demonstrate dependability, teamwork, decision-making, time management, accuracy, and a results-oriented work ethic.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work assigned or flexible hours needed to complete weekly responsibilities.
