TL;DR
Senior Consultant – SAP Master Data Governance 80-100% (all genders) (SAP MDG/S/4HANA): Advising clients on implementing, integrating, and optimizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions with an accent on data quality, governance, and scalable solution design. Focus on configuring SAP MDG, translating business requirements, integrating ERP landscapes, and supporting agile implementation and stakeholder adoption.
Location: Switzerland; hybrid work from home or from locations in Switzerland. Mobile work abroad is available for up to 50 days per year from EU countries, the UK, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein, provided the client does not require on-site presence.

What you will do
- Advise clients on implementing and further developing SAP Master Data Governance solutions.
- Analyze master data processes and design strategies to improve data quality, governance, and efficiency.
- Integrate SAP MDG with SAP and ERP landscapes, including SAP S/4HANA, and ensure interoperability.
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional concepts and solution designs.
- Configure and customize SAP MDG for client-specific business and technical needs.
- Lead workshops, train and coach stakeholders, and support change management and solution adoption.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as an SAP MDG consultant.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MDG implementation and consulting, SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and master data processes.
- Experience across project phases, especially agile Scrum projects following SAFe.
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, documentation, testing, Jira, Confluence, and common office tools.
- Knowledge of data quality management, data governance, and MDM strategies, with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent German and English skills are required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional SAP modules and SAP Fiori.
- Experience with AI-powered solutions or interest in developing them.
