Residential Manager (Overnight Position)

Location: San Marcos, Texas, USA; onsite overnight position

Salary: USD 55,000–59,200 per year

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage residential department administrative and program activities.
• Oversee staff scheduling and dorm coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Maintain safe, clean, orderly, and respectful dormitory conditions.
• Support staff in managing student behavior and resolving individual or group situations.
• Respond to injuries, illness, emotional trauma, arrests, family emergencies, and other serious incidents.
• Prepare reports, budgets, objectives, audits, and activity updates while maintaining data integrity.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in a related field such as counseling, education, social work, rehabilitation, or vocational guidance.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Experience working with diverse youth.
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment and an acceptable driving record.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
