Quality Officer

Location: Zarqa, Jordan; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Perform routine chemical, physical, and microbiological quality-control testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Conduct packaging and hygiene checks, including package integrity, label verification, weight and volume control, line clearance, and sample traceability.
• Report deviations and out-of-specification results, support CAPA actions, and contribute to quality trending and basic root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate quality communications with Production, Packaging, Warehouse, and Logistics, and deliver on-floor quality and hygiene briefings.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and support certification and regulatory compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry.
• 2–4 years of experience in food or dairy quality control or quality assurance.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO/FSSC standards.
• Experience with chemical, physical, and microbiological testing.
• Accurate data recording and reporting, with strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
