What you will do

• Support the creation and structuring of investment products within the Renewable Power and Transition franchise.
• Research new sectors and screen opportunities that may support future investment strategies.
• Structure, execute, and negotiate equity capital solutions, including co-investments, continuation vehicles, yieldcos, club deals, joint ventures, minority stake sales, and broader capital partnerships.
• Lead market sounding, investor outreach, diligence, and presentations to institutional investors and prospective limited partners.
• Collaborate with investment, sustainability, asset management, legal, tax, finance, and advisory teams on funding strategies, transaction terms, and governance.
• Oversee junior team members and guide the preparation of investment memoranda, financial models, and due diligence materials.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in investment banking, direct investments, or co-investment structuring and syndication.
• Strong transactional experience in private markets.
• Undergraduate degree in business or finance.
• Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative information and make effective recommendations.
• Ability to lead projects independently, manage pressure, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior investment decision-makers.
• Experience coaching and managing junior team members.

• Experience in renewables, power, energy, or infrastructure.
