Product Manager Team Lead (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the vacuum measurement portfolio.
• Align, prioritize, and execute portfolio strategy and product initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Product Management team.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and external partners.
• Conduct market research, guide Voice of Customer activities, and translate insights into product strategies and value propositions.
• Lead product and portfolio reviews and execute positioning, value-selling, and go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of product management experience in technical or engineering industries.
• Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic, analytical, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical knowledge of test and measurement or comparable systems.
• Professional English proficiency and willingness to travel up to 30%.
