What you will do
- Deliver classroom instruction and evaluate student performance.
- Provide remedial support, individualized case management, personal counseling, and career guidance.
- Assess student readiness to transition from CPP to CDP and monitor progress, retention, and completion.
- Build supportive mentoring relationships and reinforce Career Success Standards.
- Coordinate pre-arrival activities, including transportation, welcome events, needs assessments, staff introductions, and center tours.
- Maintain accurate student records, safe and organized facilities, and compliance with DOL and company performance standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One or two years of related experience or training, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Ability to instruct, assess, counsel, mentor, supervise, and document student performance.
- Ability to communicate clearly, analyze problems, follow procedures, and collaborate with staff across departments.
- Post-secondary degree from an accredited school preferred.
