Manager, Digital Sales Marketing (SEO/GEO)

What you will do

• Manage a balanced inbound acquisition mix across paid social, paid search, and organic channels.
• Develop localized SEO and content strategies for landing pages, blogs, and signup flows targeting high-intent B2B vendor searches across Turkey and the EU.
• Optimize web content, structured data, and brand citations for visibility in AI search engines, LLMs, and conversational bots.
• Analyze user journeys and run A/B tests to improve conversion from first interaction to lead generation.
• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns for the supply side of a dual-sided digital marketplace.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve inbound lead generation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of growth marketing experience managing paid and organic B2B acquisition channels.
• Strong technical and strategic knowledge of on-page, technical, and local SEO across European markets.
• Expertise in paid performance channels, budget allocation, and ROAS tracking.
• Strong analytical skills for measuring experimental impact on lead generation.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required for collaboration across regional and international teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, dynamic, and effective in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative Engine Optimization, AI retrieval, structured schema data, and brand authority in AI-generated search results.
• Conversational Turkish.
