Salary: $77,000–$85,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop Metal Deco inks and coatings.
• Conduct analytical, formulation, small-batch manufacturing, pigment dispersion, and print testing.
• Provide technical information to customers during product design, qualification, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor market trends and technological developments in the analytical and chemical industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or an equivalent field.
• 0–1 years of experience formulating inks and coatings.
• Knowledge of rheology, pigment dispersions, interfacial and colloidal science, polymer chemistry, and color science.
• Strong mathematics, science, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Successful completion of post-offer, pre-employment drug screening, physical examination, and background check.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
• SAP knowledge.
• MiniTab and statistical analysis experience.
• Strong ability to interpret color.
