Location: hirify.global Place, 181 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Annual base salary: $80,000–$90,000 USD, paid bi-weekly.

What you will do

• Provide first- and second-line production support for assigned business applications, including incident triage, investigation, and resolution within SLAs.
• Configure application roles, workflows, reference data, batch jobs, interfaces, and data loads.
• Coordinate application changes and minor releases, including impact assessment, regression testing, and UAT with business stakeholders.
• Monitor integrations and data flows through APIs, SFTP, and scheduled jobs, investigating errors with integration teams.
• Build reports and queries using SQL, Excel, and Power BI for Finance, Leasing, and Operations.
• Analyze recurring issues, document root causes, support compliance activities, and participate in property onboarding, module rollouts, and data quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience, including IT certifications.
• 1–2 years of experience in business applications support, systems analysis, or enterprise application operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications in a corporate environment, with familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Ability to write and troubleshoot basic SQL, with strong Excel skills.
• Understanding of APIs, flat-file exchanges, SFTP, job and alert monitoring, UAT coordination, and test case documentation.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and SLA-management skills.

Nice to have

• ITIL v3 Foundations certification or higher.
• Real estate industry experience.
• Experience with Dealpath, Origami, VTS, or similar integration platforms.
