What you will do

• Design and execute multi-channel internal communication frameworks aligned with global business objectives.
• Optimize digital and traditional communication channels to improve information flow and employee reach.
• Oversee strategic content, storytelling, employer-brand communications, and change-management initiatives.
• Advise senior stakeholders on communication practices and complex internal issues.
• Lead employee engagement programs, company-wide events, vendors, and cross-functional task forces.
• Analyze engagement data and mentor team members and stakeholders to strengthen communication capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Typically 7+ years of progressive experience leading internal communication and employee engagement functions.
• Advanced strategic storytelling and executive-level content curation skills.
• Experience with change management and stakeholder influence in complex multinational environments.
• Strong project management skills, including planning large-scale company events and initiatives.
• Superior written and verbal English suitable for executive engagement.
