is hiring for a software quality assurance role focused on manual testing and product reliability.
What you will do
- Develop test plans and strategies based on project requirements and specifications.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases and suites.
- Identify, document, and track defects with reproduction steps, severity assessments, screenshots, and logs.
- Conduct regression, ad hoc, and exploratory testing throughout the software lifecycle.
- Maintain test documentation and communicate testing progress, findings, risks, and priorities.
- Validate usability and accessibility while contributing to improvements in testing processes and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 months of training in manual software testing within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in designing, executing, and maintaining manual test cases and suites.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of the relevant industry or software domain and adaptability to changing requirements.
- Familiarity with testing tools and bug-tracking systems.
Nice to have
- ISTQB or a similar certification.
