Location: Paris, France — full-time, on-site flagship store role

is a mountain sports brand within Amer Sports, creating performance apparel, footwear, skis, bindings, and outdoor equipment.
What you will do
- Define and execute the flagship store’s commercial strategy across traffic, conversion, CRM, and community engagement.
- Own the store’s full P&L, balancing growth, profitability, people investment, and customer experience.
- Deliver a premium in-store brand experience through customer service, storytelling, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure operational excellence across inventory management, health and safety, and company policies.
- Recruit, coach, and develop Front of House and Back of House managers while building succession plans.
- Represent the flagship with regional and global stakeholders and mentor other store leaders.
Requirements
- Experience in premium apparel or outdoor retail brands.
- Significant senior retail leadership experience, ideally managing teams of 20 or more.
- Strong business acumen, commercial focus, and a track record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, situational leadership, and emotional intelligence skills.
- Fluent English required.
- Comfort with digital tools and good command of Microsoft Office.
