Team Leader | Finance

Location: Moka, Mauritius; hybrid arrangement

What you will do

• Lead accounting and financial reporting activities across a portfolio of international jurisdictions and entities.
• Deliver management accounts, financial reports, performance analysis, balance sheet reviews, and cash flow reporting.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on standards, policies, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee month-end and year-end reporting, statutory accounts, tax reporting, and regulatory submissions.
• Partner with auditors, regulators, finance leaders, and internal stakeholders on audit and compliance activities.
• Improve finance processes through automation and centralisation while coaching and developing team members.

Requirements

• Part-qualified ACCA, ACA, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, management accounting, statutory reporting, tax, and VAT principles.
• Experience with financial reporting, audits, and accounting operations across multiple entities or jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in ERP and finance systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with NavOne, Caseware, or similar finance platforms.
