Focus on tracking engineering and material readiness, resolving construction blockers, managing mechanical completion and punch-list closure, and driving corrective actions through handover.
Location: Onsite in Sohar, Oman
Compensation: USD 700–900 per day

is recruiting for a global multi-energy company operating large-scale refining and petrochemical facilities and delivering complex international industrial projects.
What you will do
- Own the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of assigned buildings and associated facilities from engineering and procurement through construction, commissioning support, and handover.
- Coordinate construction, engineering, procurement, planning, HSE, QA/QC, commissioning, and operations interfaces.
- Lead multidisciplinary meetings, track decisions and corrective actions, and escalate delivery risks and blockers.
- Follow up contractor mobilization, staffing, site organization, workface readiness, productivity, progress, and recovery actions.
- Monitor engineering deliverables, procurement and material availability, construction quality, HSE performance, NCRs, and punch-list closure.
- Coordinate construction completion, mechanical completion, system prioritization, and commissioning handover readiness.
Requirements
- Significant experience in building, infrastructure, industrial facilities, or EPC project delivery.
- Experience in oil and gas, LNG, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects is preferred.
- Strong multidisciplinary coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Understanding of HSE, QA/QC, construction planning, progress measurement, and mechanical completion principles.
- Ability to challenge contractor plans, identify delivery risks, and drive corrective actions without direct line authority.
- Site-based availability in Sohar, Oman, with hands-on follow-up and disciplined action tracking.
