What you will do
- Manage accurate and efficient customer order processing and fulfillment.
- Lead the international customer service team and coordinate with production plants, transport companies, and customers.
- Handle customer complaints and questionnaires while supporting customer satisfaction.
- Maintain system databases and manage interfaces between different systems.
- Support customer service optimization, reporting, and cross-functional process improvements.
- Develop operational SOPs and training materials, and coach team members to improve service quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer service roles.
- At least 3 years of experience managing an international customer service team.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
- Strong data management skills using SAP.
- Problem-solving ability, customer focus, and an open mindset toward change.
