Closet Designer

Location: Bluffton, South Carolina, USA; regular travel to customers’ homes is required.

Training salary: $800 per week for 12 weeks. After training, compensation transitions to an uncapped earning structure with no base salary, plus bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and create personalized whole-home storage solutions.
• Measure customer spaces and design custom solutions using proprietary CAD software.
• Sell projects and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through referrals and repeat business.
• Follow up continuously with customers and coordinate with the installation team through job completion.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and clients with varying levels of complexity.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Full-time availability of 40+ hours per week is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and comfort using laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices.
• Creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and a sense of craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Interior design education, direct industry experience, or in-home sales experience is preferred.
• Previous Salesforce, CAD, or design software experience is preferred.
