Product Manager (Vacuum Measurement Products)

What you will do

• Manage the lifecycle and portfolio of vacuum measurement products.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and external partners to drive product success.
• Conduct market research and Voice-of-Customer initiatives to validate product-market fit and refine the value proposition.
• Develop product strategy, vision, positioning, messaging, and roadmap while targeting portfolio profitability.
• Create value-selling and marketing tools and facilitate regular product meetings.
• Plan and execute sales training, events, and market introductions as part of the go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of product management experience in a technical or engineering industry.
• Technical knowledge of test and measurement instruments, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate cross-functional teams and work effectively in a matrix organization with external partners.
• Professional English communication skills required; German is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
