NGHP IT/DT Cybersecurity Lead (OT/ICS)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate site cybersecurity execution, including cyber site acceptance testing, cyber hygiene, readiness reviews, compliance evidence collection, and closure of implementation gaps.
• Coordinate cybersecurity activities across DT, OT/ICS Cybersecurity, project management, process controls, vendors, subcontractors, and NGHC stakeholders.
• Direct cybersecurity engineers, external partners, and site-based cyber resources through implementation, testing, documentation, and evidence collection.
• Integrate cybersecurity deliverables with project schedules, commissioning priorities, start-up requirements, compliance milestones, and handover readiness.
• Supervise third-party cybersecurity partners and track the review, documentation, escalation, and completion of vendor deliverables.
• Report cybersecurity status, risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalation items to senior management and project leadership.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of KSA cybersecurity regulations, including NCA and HCIS requirements.
• Experience leading OT/ICS cybersecurity activities in industrial, energy, chemical, utility, critical infrastructure, or large capital project environments.
• Experience with cyber site acceptance testing, proof-of-compliance documentation, regulatory evidence collection, risk assessment closure, and audit readiness.
• Familiarity with OT/ICS security principles, including segmentation, industrial DMZs, secure remote access, access control, hardening, monitoring, and incident readiness.
• Ability to manage concurrent priorities across project execution, stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and site readiness.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; effective communication with senior management and technical site resources is required.
