What you will do

  • Drive commercial and expansion strategies across pandamart categories and initiatives.
  • Use market data, analysis, and category insights to identify sustainable growth opportunities.
  • Develop category strategies covering pricing, promotions, product range, availability, and cost prices to grow sales and margin.
  • Close assortment gaps and ensure high-quality, good-value products are available throughout the year.
  • Build and manage a reliable supplier base, negotiate improved terms, and secure supplier advertising spend.
  • Work with Regional, Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing functions on strategic projects, including inventory management, shrinkage control, and demand forecasting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Over 15 years of experience in merchandising, buying, category management, business management, or consulting, with a proven record of delivering results.
  • Strong business judgment and successful negotiation and relationship management experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Motivation to contribute to wider team performance and culture.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Nice to have

  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or ecommerce.
