Lead Events ZSP (UAEN)

What you will do

• Lead the annual planning, coordination and delivery of the Zayed Sustainability Prize events calendar.
• Plan and deliver flagship events, including the annual Awards Ceremony and activities during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week.
• Manage event logistics covering venues, branding, production, technical requirements, delegates, protocol, hospitality, transportation and collateral.
• Coordinate internal teams across Brand, Communications, Research, Outreach and Operations.
• Manage agencies, production companies, suppliers and service providers throughout the event lifecycle.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, quality and risks, oversee on-site delivery, and lead post-event evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience delivering corporate events, conferences, exhibitions or stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Experience coordinating high-profile events from concept through execution.
• Strong project and event management, organisation, planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing agencies, suppliers and vendors with responsibility for budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience in international, government, sustainability or corporate environments.
• Familiarity with event management and collaboration tools.
