IT Service and Quality Management Specialist (ServiceNow)

Location: Preferably hybrid in Curitiba or Pomerode, Brazil

What you will do

• Operate, plan, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and MID Servers.
• Develop discovery schedules, credentials, and patterns while monitoring and improving CMDB data quality.
• Manage CMDB classes, relationships, governance, lifecycle, compliance processes, audits, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Maintain integrations with monitoring tools, cloud services, APIs, asset management, and HR systems.
• Support and enhance Incident, Request, Change, Asset, and Knowledge Management processes.
• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions, manage workflows and platform configurations, drive continual service improvement, document solutions, train users, and support provider and license management.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow IT modules, especially ITOM Discovery and ITSM.
• Solid knowledge of CMDB, IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and cloud environments.
• Good understanding of ITIL, data modeling, reporting, KPIs, and data quality management.
• Analytical problem-solving, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced written and spoken English required.
