What you will do
- Acquire and track medical records and imaging for active cases.
- Monitor daily and weekly operational reports, identify bottlenecks, and support efficient record workflows.
- Maintain the medical team’s shared cloud drive, including reference materials, templates, and documents.
- Review and update medical pamphlets, informational handouts, and external collateral.
- Create written training guides and video walkthroughs for administrative workflows and onboarding.
- Help ensure medical data is organized, verified, and ready for clinical and legal use.
Requirements
- Experience with cloud storage systems such as Google Drive or SharePoint.
- Experience using screen recording tools such as Loom, Camtasia, or Zoom to create instructional content.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and electronic record or CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, deadline monitoring, and multitasking skills.
- Basic understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient data privacy standards.
