Member of the Technical Staff (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; work arrangement: on-site

Base salary: €100,000–€140,000 per year. Sizable performance bonus and meaningful early-stage equity grant.

What you will do

• Architect and execute foundational research that advances model reasoning and intelligence at scale.
• Own the research-to-production lifecycle and deploy research into live systems.
• Design and iterate on high-impact datasets, reward signals, alignment strategies, and large-scale benchmarks.
• Identify, scope, and manage long-running research projects focused on scaling data for AGI and ASI.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on data pipelines, internal tooling, and high-performance deep learning algorithms.
• Work on agent-system infrastructure including orchestration frameworks, tool APIs, distributed execution, observability, and logging.

Requirements

• PhD in a related field such as computer science, machine learning, or NLP is preferred.
• World-class publication record in venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR is preferred.
• Experience shipping research directly to production and live systems.
• Experience with advanced post-training, distillation, high-stakes evaluation, large-scale benchmarking, and product feature development.
• Ability to master complex fields and take extreme ownership of frontier research projects.
• Thoughtful perspective on the societal and safety impacts of general-purpose AI systems.
