Salary: $50,000–$100,000 per year, plus eligible sales incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Build and grow a client base through Mountain Commerce Bank’s referral system and existing client relationships.
• Identify new advisory opportunities within the bank’s client base and branch territories.
• Develop financial and investment solutions tailored to individual client goals without proprietary product restrictions.
• Support clients and families throughout different stages of their financial lives.
• Use hirify.global’s technology, tools, services, and investment-product platform to grow the advisory business.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are required; Series 63/65 qualification is accepted.
• An insurance license is required.
• At least three years of investment sales experience.
• Ability to work with bank clients and develop long-term financial advisory relationships.
