Staff Developer Advocate, Enterprise - EMEA

Location: Remote in Germany; based in Berlin with the right to work in Germany. Approximately 50% travel within EMEA and occasional international travel is required.

What you will do

• Travel to enterprise customer sites across EMEA to deliver hirify.global DevDays and tailored technical enablement.
• Prepare and deliver hands-on labs, architectural walkthroughs, workshops, webinars, and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Account Executives, Customer Success, DevRel, and field teams to scope engagements and improve outcomes.
• Create sample applications, lab exercises, blog posts, tutorials, architectural guides, diagrams, and videos.
• Host enterprise office hours and speak at conferences, developer events, and meetups across Europe.
• Gather feedback from enterprise engagements and communicate EMEA-specific product gaps, developer-experience friction, and adoption blockers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on distributed systems.
• Proficiency in one or more hirify.global SDK languages: Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, state management, and workflow execution concepts.
• Experience leading technical workshops, hands-on labs, or enablement sessions for senior engineering audiences.
• Experience working directly with enterprise engineering organizations and mentoring others.
• English is required; German and Spanish are optional advantages.

Nice to have

• Experience in Developer Relations, Solutions Architecture, or Solutions Engineering in an enterprise or field-facing role.
• Experience delivering enterprise hackathons, on-site enablement sessions, or structured technical workshops.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Cloud, advanced hirify.global patterns, AI or agentic backends, LLM orchestration, Nexus, and saga.
• Relationships with European enterprise engineering communities, platform ecosystems, or partner ecosystems.
• Experience speaking at European technical conferences; German or Spanish fluency.
