Associate Financial Advisor (Banking)

Location: New London, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $48,000–$60,000 per year, plus eligible sales incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Partner with a senior financial advisor and support a portion of the advisor's book of business.
• Build and develop a strong client base through bank referrals and the local member community.
• Help individuals and families identify financial solutions throughout every stage of their financial lives.
• Create client-specific solutions using an open-architecture platform without proprietary product restrictions.
• Use LPL Financial's technology, investment products, services, and firm-wide resources to grow the advisory business.
• Develop toward a future role as a financial advisor.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 63/65, required.
• Insurance license required.
• Ability to work with bank clients and develop community-based client relationships.
