Healthtech Consultant (Bilingual French & English)

What you will do

• Deliver healthcare technology consulting and administrative computer services for client projects.
• Apply technical expertise to EMR/EHR system builds, troubleshoot issues, and support resolution.
• Analyze, document, and optimize clinical and operational workflows with end users.
• Mentor client project teams on project approaches and system build strategies.
• Track and document project risks and issues, facilitate meetings, and report on project status and deliverables.
• Support project-specific activities and represent hirify.global at relevant corporate or client functions.

Requirements

• Bilingual French and English proficiency is required.
• At least three years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting EMR/EHR systems.
• Experience working in healthcare technology environments.
• Strong client-facing consulting, stakeholder engagement, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, adapt to changing project environments, and work independently.
• Demonstrated ability and interest in mentoring and supporting the development of others.

Nice to have

• Experience with EMR/EHR optimization initiatives.
• Previous project management or project coordination experience.
• PMP certification for project management or leadership-focused assignments.
