Lead Marketing Communication Consultant

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote weekly

Salary: $61,500–$136,100 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Develop, write, edit, and execute communications for a major client account serving more than 500,000 members.
• Create audience-focused content that helps members and benefit administrators understand and maximize healthcare and wellness benefits.
• Produce communications across email campaigns, websites, benefit education materials, digital and print channels, newsletters, presentations, and enrollment resources.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, digital, and business teams and client stakeholders.
• Manage multiple communication projects while ensuring timely, accurate, and impactful delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience in a communications environment, or 11 years of experience in marketing, journalism, or communications.
• Knowledge of design, layout, and print production.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong writing, verbal communication, and editing skills.
• Independent, self-starting approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under HCSC’s hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely each week.
