TL;DR
Clearance & Brokerage Training Specialist (Customs Clearance and Trade Compliance): Designing and delivering learning solutions that build the technical capability and operational readiness of customs clearance and brokerage teams with an accent on regulatory compliance, import/export processes, and operational performance. Focus on analysing capability gaps, developing blended learning content, supporting process and system changes, and measuring training effectiveness.
Location: Onsite in Angeles City, Central Luzon, Philippines

What you will do
- Design and deliver onboarding, technical, compliance, refresher, and role-specific training for Clearance & Brokerage employees.
- Analyse operational performance, quality trends, process changes, compliance requirements, and business needs to identify capability gaps.
- Develop and maintain facilitator guides, e-learning content, job aids, assessments, and other learning resources.
- Act as a subject matter expert on customs regulations, brokerage operations, import/export requirements, and operational best practices.
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, coaching observations, operational metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
- Support process implementations, system enhancements, business transformation, and operational changes through training and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in customs clearance, brokerage operations, trade compliance, logistics, learning and development, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, brokerage operations, import/export processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience designing and facilitating instructor-led, virtual, or blended learning programs.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, coaching, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting process improvement, operational transformation, system implementation, or change management initiatives.
- Experience with e-learning or digital learning tools.
