Account Executive – MSP/IT Sales

Location: Onsite in Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm BST, including a one-hour break.

Salary: Based on experience.

What you will do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT hardware, software, and managed services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while supporting high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions for SMB clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in IT sales or call center sales.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred for business-focused roles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an onsite environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MSP offerings, cloud solutions, and IT hardware and software products.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
