TL;DR
IT Sales Executives (IT Hardware, Software, and Managed Services): Developing new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle for SMB technology clients with an accent on prospecting, solution pitching, negotiation, and relationship management. Focus on closing deals, exceeding sales targets, and delivering tailored IT solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
Location: Hybrid work in Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Karachi, Multan, Peshawar, or Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm in the US time zone, including a one-hour break.

What you will do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT hardware, software, and managed services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through negotiation and deal closure.
- Build relationships with existing clients and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored technology solutions for SMB clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in IT sales or call center sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or a BBA/MBA for business-focused roles.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with MSP offerings, cloud solutions, and IT hardware and software products.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
