Full-Stack Developer (Node.js)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Salary: PHP 100,000–PHP 180,000 per month, depending on experience, technical depth, and architectural capability.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end systems.
• Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Improve application performance, security, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers, and participate in code reviews.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while contributing to development best practices.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Back-end experience with Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or C#.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs and working with relational or NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git, web security principles, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent remote-work skills; a portfolio is required.
