Graph Engineer (Knowledge Graphs)

Location: United States - Remote

Salary: $180,000–$230,000 USD per year; full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications.

What you will do

• Design and develop ingestion and processing systems for diverse user data and build user behavior and preference models in large-scale knowledge graphs.
• Implement efficient graph query systems to provide actionable insights and data retrieval.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver knowledge graph components for product features.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security concerns, and other technical challenges.
• Track emerging technologies and industry trends in AI/ML integration with knowledge graphs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with systems and graph algorithms.
• Proven experience with knowledge graphs and algorithms, including strong experience using knowledge graphs for user modeling and ingesting data from disparate sources.
• Implementation experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience with graph query languages such as GraphQL.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate vision and objectives with teams and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align design goals with key objectives and priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience building and deploying ML models end to end.
• Experience working with data science and ML teams to deliver products to market.
• Startup experience.
