What you will do

• Lead complex Webflow projects from concept through launch.
• Implement the Lumos framework to create scalable, maintainable, and modular websites.
• Architect CMS collections, dynamic content, and multi-user workflows for enterprise projects.
• Meet enterprise-grade requirements for accessibility, performance, security, responsiveness, and technical SEO.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and project managers to translate creative concepts into robust Webflow solutions.
• Contribute to development standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional Webflow development experience.
• Proven experience building enterprise-level Webflow websites with complex CMS and multi-user workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of the Lumos framework, including component architecture, tokenization, and scalability principles.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including extending Webflow beyond its native features.
• Experience with Webflow Enterprise features, API integrations, Zapier or Make, and Webflow automation.
• Strong attention to detail, pixel-perfect implementation skills, and excellent cross-functional communication.
