eCommerce Specialist

Location: 100% remote; work from anywhere in the Philippines. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm PH Time.

Salary: PHP 50,000–70,000 per month.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain online stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
• Upload and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Plan and execute paid advertising and email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior using analytics tools.
• Coordinate inventory, promotions, and fulfillment with marketing, operations, and product teams.
• Identify conversion rate optimization opportunities and report sales and campaign performance to management.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Required experience handling Australian or New Zealand accounts.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, including email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently remotely and collaborate effectively with teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
