SEO Specialist

Location: Remote, anywhere in the Philippines. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00AM to 3:00PM, aligned with an Australian business calendar.

Salary: PHP 50,000–70,000 per month, with flexibility for more experienced candidates.

What you will do

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website visibility, qualified traffic, and lead generation.
• Research keywords and optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts using on-page SEO practices.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, and site-speed problems.
• Monitor and report on traffic, rankings, conversions, and other performance metrics using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Execute ethical link-building campaigns and conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to integrate SEO across digital initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
• Experience handling New Zealand or Australian digital marketing accounts or clients.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO platforms.
• A portfolio is required.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
