Planning Engineer (Construction)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PH Time.

Salary: PHP 60,000–120,000 per month, flexible for more experienced candidates.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed schedules for internal and production projects.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks and delays.
• Prepare progress reports, resource allocation plans, and milestone tracking updates.
• Ensure planning activities follow company and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and operational workflows.
• Improve planning processes and reporting methods while responding to scheduling queries through senior staff.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Planning Engineer or in a similar role within construction, manufacturing, or production.
• Proficiency with project planning and scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, scheduling techniques, and resource management.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the Australian, New Zealand, or UK construction or production industry is required.
• Ability to work remotely and follow instructions from the Project Manager or Senior Planning Engineer.
