What you will do
- Develop and maintain knowledge of local HR regulations, company principles, processes, tools, and best practices.
- Support managers with talent recruitment and selection.
- Implement and maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Act as a mediator and advisor in individual and collective employment disputes.
- Identify HR issues and opportunities, develop recommendations, and support HR and business transformation initiatives.
- Participate in developing HR systems for information management and decision-making.
Requirements
- HR degree or relevant local qualification.
- Broad knowledge and experience in employee and labour relations.
- Solid experience with HR processes, preferably in a large, fast-paced organization.
- Exceptional influencing, communication, judgement, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize a busy workload.
- Finnish-speaking candidate required for the role in Finland.
