Social Media Manager (Finance)

Location: Remote from Metro Manila, Philippines; working hours aligned with Australian hours

Salary: PHP 145,000–150,000 per month

What you will do

• Manage and grow Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube while launching the TikTok channel.
• Create video-first content using video, animation, music, and voiceovers under a strict no-still-image policy.
• Drive Scenario Leads and Application Leads through organic content and paid media advertising, tracking monthly KPIs.
• Plan content three months in advance and submit finalized posts for approval 30 days before publication.
• Support broker marketing emails and produce a monthly newsletter.
• Create investor presentation packs and digital E-books, coordinate local video captures in Sydney when needed, and maintain organized marketing asset and access libraries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and high-end video editing.
• Professional experience in finance or lending is essential.
• Expertise with video editing software and familiarity with CRM and marketing systems.
• Ability to prepare monthly reports explaining the reasons behind changes in engagement and lead performance.
• Strong organization, proactivity, resilience under high expectations, and a sense of humor.

• Experience with Apollo and Bravo.
