ESG Quant Analyst - Stewardship Specialist (AI) (ESG research and responsible investing): Combining direct company engagements with the development of scalable research tools and datasets with an accent on quantitative analysis, large datasets, and AI techniques. Focus on building scalable ESG research capabilities and engaging company management teams within a quantitative investment environment.

Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia; hybrid work with on-site attendance in the Sydney office 3 days per week

What you will do

Support ESG research within the Responsible Investing team.
Conduct direct engagements with company management teams.
Develop scalable research tools and datasets.
Apply quantitative approaches and AI techniques in an investment research environment.

Requirements

Strong analytical ability and intellectual curiosity.
Comfort working with large datasets.
Interest in engaging with company management teams.
Ability to work in a quantitative investment environment.
