Social Media and E-Commerce Manager (E-Commerce)

Location: Metro Manila, Philippines; 100% remote under an Independent Contractor Agreement. Working hours are 8am–5pm New Zealand business hours, equivalent to 4am–1pm Philippine time.

Salary: 70,000 Philippine Peso; the final amount is determined by the client based on skills and experience.

Pet wellness brand offering vet-formulated supplements and interactive enrichment products that support canine health and behavior, including solutions for everyday stress and anxiety.

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and maintain content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create posts, captions, and visual assets while maintaining consistent brand voice and presentation.
• Manage communities by responding to comments, direct messages, and account interactions.
• Track social media metrics and report insights to improve engagement and growth.
• Handle customer inquiries through email, chat, and social helpdesks, resolving order and product questions.
• Maintain Shopify storefront operations, support order processing, create email flows, and assist with SEO and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Direct-to-Consumer e-commerce environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage social media content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Working knowledge of Shopify or a comparable e-commerce platform.
• Strong e-commerce customer support and written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent copy editing, attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Nice to have

• Basic graphic design skills and experience with AI-driven content tools.
• Experience with Gorgias or other CRM and helpdesk platforms.
• Knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with Amazon Creator Connections and e-commerce customer journey optimization.
