Associate Advisor - M&T Bank (Financial Services)

Location: Easton, MD, United States; onsite at M&T Bank

Salary: $70,000–$73,000 per year, plus eligibility for sales incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Build and grow a client base through M&T Bank’s referral system and existing client relationships.
• Identify new clients through the bank’s customer base and community presence.
• Develop financial and investment solutions tailored to individual client goals.
• Provide clients with access to a broad range of third-party investment products through an open architecture platform.
• Support clients and families with financial needs throughout every stage of their financial lives.
• Use hirify.global’s technology, tools, services, and firm-wide resources to grow the advisory business.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; Series 63/65 accepted as applicable.
• Insurance license required.
• At least three years of investment sales experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Easton, Maryland.
