Founding-Team-Level Generalist

Location: On-site in Berlin, Germany, five days per week. Relocation to Berlin is welcome. Local work authorisation is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: €70,000–€100,000 gross annually, plus a meaningful equity component.

What you will do

• Partner directly with the founder on the highest-priority commercial, operational, and product problems.
• Own workstreams end to end, from first-principles analysis through to shipped and measurable outcomes.
• Move between commercial, operational, and product work as priorities change.
• Build and adapt structure and processes as the company grows.
• Apply AI and automation tools and workflows as a default working method.
• Make fast decisions with incomplete information and correct course quickly.

Requirements

• Exceptional evidence of operating at a high level, regardless of title or tenure.
• Experience building or shipping products and solutions from concept to delivery in resource-constrained or startup environments.
• Ability to execute at high velocity and deliver results on compressed timelines.
• Experience working directly with founders or senior executives in a strategic, operational, or advisory capacity.
• Strong ability to synthesise complex information, identify core problems, and communicate clear recommendations.
• Fluent German, spoken and written, and local German work authorisation are required.

• Management consulting experience at a top-tier firm.
• Experience in healthcare or health business models.
