Salary: $300,000–$375,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide executive-level leadership across warehouse, customer service, and sales operations.
• Lead and develop a team of more than 700 employees, including senior leaders.
• Drive operational excellence through data, reporting, performance reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Set goals and expectations while reinforcing company standards and customer-first service.
• Lead operational audits and partner with corporate leaders to align strategy with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience leading teams of 500+ employees across multiple functional disciplines.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing leaders.
• Strong background in operational leadership, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• All positions are on-site. New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B or e-commerce environments.
• MBA.
