Ecommerce Catalog & Integration Specialist (PrestaShop)

Location: Remote from Metro Manila, Philippines; working hours aligned with UK business hours.

Salary: £700–£1,000 per month

UK-based supplier of printer consumables, office supplies, print solutions, repairs, and managed print services.

What you will do

• Manage and update the PrestaShop ecommerce website, including thousands of products and SKUs.
• Maintain integrations between printer and supplies databases, supplier feeds, inventory systems, and ecommerce listings.
• Import and synchronize daily supplier stock updates using APIs, data feeds, CSV files, and related integration methods.
• Troubleshoot product matching, inventory, database connection, and synchronization issues.
• Improve front-end layouts, UX, navigation, responsive design, landing pages, and promotional content.
• Support future digital marketing, analytics, administration, process improvement, and AI-assisted automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience managing ecommerce websites such as PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
• Strong front-end web design skills with basic to intermediate HTML and CSS knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, automated product feeds, CSV imports, database synchronization, and inventory integrations.
• Experience managing large product catalogs and high-volume SKU data, with the ability to troubleshoot data quality and integration issues.
• Excellent written English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow complex processes accurately.
• Self-motivated, organized, technically minded, and comfortable working independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with printer, cartridge, office supplies, or compatibility databases.
• Knowledge of product-matching logic, relational databases, ERP or WMS integrations.
• Experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Basic graphic design skills with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of SEO and email marketing tools.
