Chief of Staff (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with the CEO to translate high-level strategy into concrete execution across all business functions.
• Own the end-to-end hiring process for critical roles, from planning to closing.
• Build and maintain financial reporting, budgeting, and KPI dashboards.
• Design the company operating system with AI automation baked in by default.
• Lead strategic projects including market entry, pricing architecture, and partnership structures.
• Manage the fundraising process, investor narratives, and board relations.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and German (C1+ in each).
• 2+ years in high-intensity environments like strategy consulting, investment banking, or VC-backed startups.
• Deep fluency in business fundamentals including P&L, SaaS metrics, and financial modeling.
• Proven experience designing operational processes and communication systems.
• Experience managing fundraising processes and investor communications.
• Must be authorized to work in Germany; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Background in industrial operations, supply chain, or enterprise B2B sales.
• Experience advising or working with AI/ML companies.
