Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (on-site)

What you will do

• Own and execute cross-functional projects across finance, operations, compliance, and people.
• Build and manage internal systems, tooling, and automations to drive operational efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Support go-to-market initiatives and enterprise customer engagement.
• Collaborate daily with founders on high-priority strategic tasks, vendor management, and board preparation.

Requirements

• Must have local work authorization in Germany (visa sponsorship is not available).
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
• 2+ years of experience in generalist, operating, or consulting roles within early-stage environments.
• Hands-on ability to build internal tooling and automations.
• Technical intuition for AI and software feasibility.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with board preparation, financial reporting, or investor relations.
• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or enterprise operations.
